Monthly Council Meetings

Product Leadership Council members meet monthly via virtual video conferencing to discuss a critical product management or marketing topic. Interactive discussions will be facilitated by leading industry veterans to help ensure meaningful, fruitful outcomes. Each monthly meeting will last approximately 90 minutes.

Title: What AI means for people who lead product management and product marketing teams

Leveraging AI is now a priority for most product leaders. So, it's no surprise that the topic of AI has come up several times at our Product Leadership Council (PLC) meetings over the past year. What is clear is that product leaders are in a wide range of the various stages of AI implementation. Some are in the early exploration stage, while others are in the process of creating AI "guardrails" to guide their implementation. And some have fully implemented AI into their products and/or into the marketing of their products. In this important PLC session (being held on Wednesday, July 17th at 12 noon Eastern / 9am Pacific), we will explore what AI means for people who lead product management and product marketing teams.

We will guide the discussion according to the needs and requests of the PLC attendees - but some of potential topics we may address include:

  • Developing the right guardrails for the use of AI to address critical concerns such as ethical use, privacy, and accuracy.
  • Leveraging AI for internal process development or improvement (i.e. product development, sales training, etc.)
  • Understanding the implications of AI on Go to Market
